NEPAL EARTHQUAKE RELIEF 2015

When I decided to take on the Three Peak Challenge, I wanted to raise money for a worthy cause. On April 25, 2015 a massive earthquake struck Nepal. Over 8,000 people were killed, tens of thousands injured, and hundreds of thousands of people were made homeless. As we approach the two month anniversary of this disaster, Nepal is still in need of our help.

I pledge to donate 100% of funds raised through the Nepal link below to aid relief efforts. Please see more information about the registered charity I have choosen to help below.

Freedom on Ice Nepal works to provide a better life for young women in Nepal. Laura Levtov was in Nepal when the earthquake struck, and saw firsthand the damage caused. Please follow the links below to see more information about her story and the non-profit organization she runs.

BRETT'S FUNDRAISER FOR FREEDOM ON ICE NEPAL

If you have already made a donation to a charity supplying aid to Nepal, we thank you. Still looking for a way to support me in my run? There are a few ways which you can help. Running gear, and all of the things I need to attempt this challenge can be expensive. I have been growing my hair for the last year to donate as part of a wig for cancer patients. Support me by donating to my head shaving fund. These funds will be used to purchase things like running gear, nutritional suppliments, as well as permits for filming my run. Any money leftover will go directly to Freedom on Ice Nepal.

Low on funds? You can support me for FREE by sending kind words of encouragement!!
